CONEXION CHURCH
We are a vibrant, relevant, and contemporary base church located in Alicante, Spain. Our greatest purpose is to know Jesus and make Him known; this is the greatest purpose of our lives.
We have the vision of becoming a hub committed to: calling, equipping, and sending people to connect meaningfully with God, plant new churches, and developing relationships with the local and translocal church.

LEADERSHIP
FOLLOW JESUS, LEAD LIKE JESUS
We believe in a biblical leadership centered on Jesus and based on Ephesians 4:1-16. Our desire is to be like Jesus, imitate Jesus, and lead like Jesus. Conexión is led by a team of local elders in communion with a translocal team.

LEADERS IN THE LOCAL CHURCH
We are called to be a community inspired by the model of biblical leadership, and by a team of elders according to Ephesians 4:1-16, 1 Timothy 3, and Titus 1:5-9.
PLURAL AND TEAM LEADERSHIP
The team of elders, deacons, and emerging leaders, along with the translocal apostolic team, work in unity to lead, equip, guide, and hold the congregation accountable. This team works to develop and foster a culture of leadership, mission, and service.
DIVERSE, UNITED, AND PURPOSEFUL
Throughout Scripture, God shows us the great importance of partnering with others to fulfill His calling. To experience the results of the New Testament, we must return to the patterns and principles of the New Testament. Conexión is closely related, but not exclusively, to New Covenant Ministries International (NCMI)
